Welcome to the first edition of “Awakening to Your Inner Wisdom.”
In this newsletter series I will be covering topics that help you tap into and utilize your own innate capacities. We’ll explore the new ideas about healing and inner change derived from exciting fields of Energy Medicine and Energy Psychology. As I keep up with the latest developments in these fields, I’ll keep you informed as well. But this newsletter won’t be solely about ideas. Practical techniques derived from Energy Psychology, (more specifically, EFT) and guided imagery exercises will guide you in accessing your inner wisdom, reaching and maintaining optimum emotional and physical health, and overcoming problems with food and weight. I also plan on incorporating my years of personal and professional experience into the newsletter through “case” examples to illustrate how those ideas and techniques can be integrated into your one’s life.
